Every April 23, Sant Jordi is celebrated in Catalonia, a holiday that celebrates love and culture, a day on which it is customary to give a book and a rose. They have been the protagonists in our hotels on the Catalan Coast , filling this day with color, stories and happiness.
To start the day, the DWO Sirius hotel in Santa Susanna has prepared a gift for our clients such as a welcome rose. Bouquets of roses adorn the most prominent spaces, also at the DWO Les Palmeres de Calella hotel. The restaurant also dresses up for the occasion, serving typical dishes of Catalan gastronomy to awaken all the senses.
On the Costa Brava , the Checkin Flamingo hotel has installed a very literary corner and has given our guests a book, with the collaboration of the Vaixell de Paper - Mar de Llibres charity bookstore. On the other hand, the Checkin Torredembarra hotel, on the Costa Daurada, has prepared a fun afternoon with family activities with the theme of Sant Jordi and the touch of the coast that the destination offers. An event organized by the Torredembarra City Council and the Camp Joliu Secondary School.
